November to March gives Kuwait its most useful outdoor weather. Spring and autumn are short so timing matters more than the calendar suggests.

Kuwait is at its best when the city can be enjoyed between meals. Cooler days open the waterfront Al Mubarakiya and cultural stops without turning every journey into a door-to-door transfer.

For most visitors the best time to visit Kuwait is from November to March. The short winter and late autumn support waterfront walks markets and outdoor dining. April can work with warmer afternoons.
